Sitorai Mokhi Xossa

Well 🥰 Today is the second day of our practical period😍. To tell truth it was unforgettable.Today we visited to Sitorai Mokhi Xossa where I have been before but I was so young and I realized it was the most beautiful 😍 place till this time.It was Sitorai Mokhi Khossa which means ,,a star like a moon".

Sitorai Mokhi Khossa is the Summer palace of the last emir of Bukhara located just 4 km north from the city center. It is charming place that shows the luxurious lifestyle the emir were enjoying their time .It is decorated by Europian art 🎨
Its history depended with legend .🤔
According to a legend the Emir requested the aksakals 👨‍🦳👨‍🦳(elderly wise men)to recommended a location for his summer ☀️ residence .They told him to kill a lamb🐑🐑🐑and separate into four parts and hang the pieces at the four corners outside the city .The piece that had been hung it the north was still fresh after some days and therefore that site was chosen as being the coolest area not too far from the city
The original version of this was built by Nasrullo Khan .But these days nothing remained of that out of name and location .Nasrallah Khan too cruel Khan but he loved his wife sincerely ♥️ .Hence he built that place for his wife and gave the name of her Sitora . .Nasrallah Khan compared the beauty of his wife with moon thus Mokhi means moon 🌙 🌚but today we see the palace by Emir Alim Khan

The most famous room of Sitorai Mokhi Khossa Is called ,,White Hall"

The design of White Hall constructed under the direction of architect Usta Shirin Murodov and his students .
It was built between 1912 -1918

The palace area occupies about 7 hectares in total and all the buildings are surrounded by green gardens and courtyards.
The palace has three yards
1.outsude where men usually gather
2.middle women's section
3.last for females who were harem of emir
Each yard has own gate

Thank you for your attention ❤️‍🔥
